Yes. We are not a hotel or convention centre. We know what it’s like to rent a space and to host attendees. Just let us know what you need and we will work with you to figure out the best configuration.

You are welcome to arrange for your own catering, but if you would like our help, we are happy to roll up our sleeves.

As long as what you are demonstrating or training with will not damage our facility, you are welcome to bring it. We have a drive-in overhead door which will accommodate almost anything.

Yes. All we ask is to be responsible and to damage our space.

When you rent our facility, it is yours for the day (9 AM – 9 PM). We can also accommodate weekends. If you are booking for multiple days, we can offer a multi-day discount.

There are a number of hotels in the surrounding area and our venue is only 35 minutes from Pearson Airport.
